So I started leaning what was called SEO or Search Engine Optimization. This is where I started to learn what it takes in order to get on the first page of google. After learning that I need backlinks, I then stumbled upon a new type of backlink called an Anchor Text Backlink. What the heck is that? Well it’s quite simple actually. An anchor text backlink is a word or sentence that you can click and it will bring you to a new page.

So after learning that I needed backlinks to my website, I also learned a term called Keywords. These are words that people use to find your website. I place my main keyword throughout my article so that Google can tell what my article is about and knows what I am trying to rank for. Google likes to rank websites that people enjoy, and not one’s people do not.

Also if there is lot’s of commenting on your articles or blog posts, Google see’s this as social proof as well. Which of course will rank you higher.
